Excellent Errands & Concierge Service is a one-stop, tailor-made errands and concierge service based in Charlottesville, VA. Founded by Jane Carlson, the idea was born while Jane spent the last 12 years working in the service industry in Charlottesville and realizing we don’t have enough time to enjoy life as there’s always so much to do and we are always so frazzled trying to juggle what needs to be done first. Originally from the United Kingdom, Jane moved to the US 12 years ago to join her American husband, Bernie. She’s been an event planner for over 30 years, has traveled and worked in many European countries and has solid experience in marketing, PR, communications, and business administration. She’s a mom to two daughters in their twenties and two rescue beagles, Sox and Lulu.
